Kevin Jaundoo - PRESIDENT
Kevin Jaundoo is currently the President of Document Technologies Inc, a distributor of Xerox products and services in Massachusetts and surrounding states. In this position, Kevin oversees all facets of the business including sales, service, and administration. Joining Document Technologies Inc after graduation with a degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego, Kevin started his career as an account manager with responsibilities for generating revenue, delivering customer service, and developing new accounts. He later assumed roles of Digital Color Specialist and VP of Production sales. He has earned several certifications from Xerox Corporation.
Kevin believes if you listen to and meet the needs of your clients, your business will thrive. He has shown that by growing the company successfully over the past 28 years with his ownership team.
He is a board member of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer with Rosie’s Place, and ran the Math & Science Program at Saint Paul AME Church in Cambridge for over 10 years.
Kevin and his wife Suzette reside in Southboro with their two children Indira and Ravi. Along with spending his free time with his family, he is an avid Boston sports fan.


Janice Duplisea - CEO|CONSULTANT
Janice Duplisea has worked in corporate America for over 50 years. She started her career with Xerox Corporation and held many positions including Managing Partner managing sales, service and administration for Xerox in New England. She later started her own business, Document Technologies Inc, which has been in business for 30 years serving clients in Massachusetts. Ms. Duplisea transitioned her business in 2022 and now serves as CEO and consultant.
In 2015, Ms. Duplisea co-founded Class2Career, a web based tool that coaches to improve interviewing skills. Her goal was to level the playing field for all applicants to have an opportunity to compete against those that might have a social edge. Her attraction to to help those who have had a more difficult path to achieve objectives has become her call to action and is demonstrated in the product she helped develop.
Janice lives with her husband, Bill, in Newton, Massachusetts. She has two sons, William and Anthony who reside in Boston and Manhattan.
Bob Marchelletta - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Bob Marchelletta is currently the Operation Manager of Document Technologies Incorporated, an Authorized Service Provider and reseller for Xerox covering the Eastern Massachusetts geography. Bob effectively ensures that crucial processes and practices are implemented in an appropriate, ethical, and cost-effective manner. He manages the day-to-day activity of the reseller program.
Bob joined Document Technologies in 2001 after 10 years as an Account Manager & Sales Manager at a similar Xerox reseller giving him over 30 years’ experience with Xerox.


Justin Jarry - VICE PRESIDENT of SALES
Justin Jarry has been working at Document Technologies since 2011 and is currently the Vice President of Sales. He manages all sales and service aspects for his accounts throughout many territories in Massachusetts and is always working to obtain new business. After graduating Sacred Heart University in 2007 where he played football, he moved to Washington DC for where he spent 4 years working as a Customer Sales Rep for a litigation support firm and then as a media member of the Washington Nationals MASN broadcasts before moving back in 2011. He is a lifelong Boston sports fan with the New England Patriots being his favorite sports team and Ohio State his favorite college football team where his father attended. Justin lives with his wife Alison and two daughters, Avery and Viviere, in Amherst, New Hampshire where they recently designed and built a new home.
Betsy Emsing - VICE PRESIDENT of SALES
Betsy Emsing is currently a Vice President of Sales for Document Technologies covering the areas of Boston, Braintree, Quincy and parts of Metro West. Joining Document Technologies after graduation with a Bachelors degree in Sociology from St. Michael’s College in 1997, Betsy started her career as an account manager in sales. After 5 years she transferred into Xerox Corporation as a high volume specialist, corporate in-field training manager and Xerox Business Services manager. Deciding to settle down to less weekly travel and to start a family, Betsy came back to Document Technologies and took on the Vice President of Sales role for Boston. Through continually exceeding customer expectations, being available for support and listening to client growth targets, Betsy has built many strong relationships throughout the Boston area and beyond. The total office call is her focus and customers know after 26 years of experience with Xerox, Betsy will take great care of them.
Betsy and her husband Bob live in Norwell, MA with their three boys. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball and cheering on the boys at BC High and Tufts University Men’s Lacrosse.


Steve Rosado - SERVICE MANAGER
Steven is a jack of all trades and often finds himself involved in home improvement projects. Steve Rosado is currently a Service Manager for Document Technologies Inc, a distributor of Xerox products and services in Massachusetts. Before joining Document Technologies Inc, Steven worked at Xerox Corporation for 27 years. At Xerox he held several positions including Senior Service Technician and Service Specialist covering the New England area.
While at Xerox Steven won numerous performance awards. He was invited to participate in multiple management training programs for Xerox and was selected to help build a new organization within Xerox called Remote Technical Support Organization (RTSO). He successfully completes the Lean Six Sigma green belt program. In his role as team supervisor in RTSO, he oversaw the daily team operations as well as participated in the process council for the organization helping put together the processes that will help build the organization from the ground up. After the RTSO was outsourced by Xerox, Steven joined the team at Document Technologies Inc.
Steven is an avid fan of all local sports; however, his favorite team is the New England Patriots! He loves spending time with his family and going away on family vacations.
Ellie Blackburn - SYSTEMS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Ellie Blackburn is currently a Systems Support Specialist for Document Technologies, Inc.
In this position she delivers technical and analytical expertise to facilitate the sales and support of Xerox products and services. She directs complex systems implementations and oversees the rapid resolution of application, software and connectivity issues requiring on-site as well as remote support. She prides herself on cultivating and fostering her relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and establish a sense of loyalty.
Ellie started her career with Xerox Corporation in 1982 and earned many certifications for her technical expertise and customer support as a Systems Analyst. She joined Document Technologies in 2013 to support the Agency population of products and customers and to work with the talented group of salespeople that Document Technologies had employed there.
The Document Technologies “Team” is all about working together to make it easier for our customers to get through their day-to-day or long-term projects and to help them produce at their maximum capacities. We are always here to help them with our vast knowledge of products and services.
Ellie has a daughter who is married and has three wonderful grandsons. She loves animals and has owned horses for most of her life. She currently resides in a small town outside of Boston where she grew up.


Vincent R Thompson - SERVICE TECHNICIAN
I spent 22 years with Xerox and am a seasoned professional known for dedication and a passion for technology. My career began with a two year position in Customer Service. That time led me to realize that my desire and skillset was better suited for the Technical services area working on Xerox equipment. During that time I received a number of awards (Par Club and Search for Heroes) in honor of my work performance and attention to customers. That has translated to my 13 years with Document Technologies. Throughout my tenure, I have played a pivotal role in driving the company’s success, contributing to its evolution in the fast-paced world of printing and document management.
Beyond the corporate realm, I am also an aspiring guitar player who hopes to one day play in front of people other than family. Hopefully creating/playing soulful tunes that reflect my artistic spirit. Along with music, I also enjoy wood working, home improvement projects and crafting with epoxy resin.
In addition to my musical pursuits and other endeavors, I also take part in the art of winemaking. As a dedicated fruit wine maker, I transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, blending flavors and aromas to craft exquisite batches that captivate the palate.
I reside in the city of Boston with my wife of 28 years, who also worked at Xerox. We have one son who graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Criminal Justice who now lives in Austin, Texas with his wife.
My life is driven by curiosity and a desire to explore diverse passions. I seek to embody the harmony between a seasoned professional and a continual artist. My journey is a testament to the richness of a life lived with purpose, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Samantha Marchelletta
Samantha Marchelletta is currently the administrative assistant for Document Technologies and has been with the company for 6 years. She handles incoming calls, customer payments, and shipping and receiving. She brings with her an extensive background in customer service, almost 16 years, in the fitness and food industry, as well as retail. She was a General Manager at Planet Fitness for 2 years.
She currently resides in Lowell with her partner and their 3 crazy cats. She is inspired daily by her loving and supportive family, especially her dad. In her free time, you can catch her at the beach, a few breweries and watching any Boston sports game. Cheers!
